Spoke to Tim Peterson just moments ago.
The point of the call was to talk electoral reform, but I just had to ask how he felt about the Toronto Sun column penned by Christina Blizzard that stated her press gallery poll had Peterson as the MPP "most likely to be defeated" and "least improved."
Peterson said, jokingly, that he was crushed, and had ingested anti-depressants to deal with the emotional pain of reading the column.
He added, still joking, I think: "I just can't believe I didn't make best dressed. I just don't think she knows what she's doing."

We'll Tim did say the Multi- Culture strategy would “ Bomb Out ” big time . He’d only get butter on his turban because the caucus procured his pop corn machine in the trade off.
In the wake off the Ipperwash finally, looks like John Tory has to redress his entire caucus out of the original Grey Confederate duds and into something that actually makes common sense.

Just joking;
In the spirit of the Legislature of Ontario I shall address my comments through you Mr. Blog Master [Mr. Speaker].
Mr Blog Master; I see that the Member for Mississauga South has responded to your blog entry of May 30, 2007. It would also appear that the Member for Mississauga South may have read my comment in response to your blog.
Mr. Blog Master; I noticed that after you spoke directly with the Member for Mississauga South you then wrote a sequel to your May 30th entry.
In that sequel, within the space of four very short paragraphs, you wrote ‘jokingly’ and ‘still joking’ twice in reference to the comments from the Member for Mississauga South.
Mr. Blog Master; my question is, what kind of a person is always saying things ‘jokingly’ or ‘still joking?’
Response. . . .
Mr. Blog Master, “Supplemental?”
Yes Mr. Blog Master; first I would like to say I’m sorry to hear that the Member for Mississauga South was so distraught that he felt the need to self-medicate. I hope that he did not have to self-transport anywhere after ingesting those ‘anti-depressants’. Either way Mr. Blog Master the Member for Mississauga South seems to have survived again and in good spirits as expressed by his comments to you earlier.
My question is, would the Member for Mississauga South be open to some advice for running his next campaign; if that advice were to be along the lines of;
Everything is not a joke,
When campaigning door-to-door be aware that not every pretty girl thinks you are funny,
Keep your hands out of your pockets and don’t jingle your change when talking to people’
Keep your hands out of other people’s pockets,
Walk the line and read between the lines,
Learn Policy; don’t just memorize Policy Statements,
Hire a wardrobe consultant,
Don’t ingest too many anti-depressants
And finally be advised that all men over the age of fifty should have an annual prostrate exam and you should never be seen to be performing this on your self.
