According to Mississauga City Hall, I'm a "crackpot" After all, only a "crackpot" wouldn't believe them at their TRUST-QUALITY-EXCELLENCE-word.

Easy to sling "crackpot" around on an issue. It's a city hall's first line of offensive-defense.

I see it even in comments left to my YouTube videos.

Like this gem from "dreamloud":

It somehow had escaped "dreamloud"'s attention that YouTube is VIDEO --and the Mayor was talking! I didn't invent something.

The problem (and the reality) of the Mayor looking like a fool is her STAFF don't Walk her Talk!

I responded to "dreamloud" with this:

"dreamloud" won't come back. "dreamloud" won't take up my challenge and debate. Because "dreamloud" can't fight the facts that Freedom of Information dredges up on Marvellous-Mississauga.

It's easy (and tired) to aim "crackpot" at Wayne Nagy or insisting that Mr. Nagy to "Stop commenting" (which I should point out is Mississauga City Hall's other favourite tactic --snuffing out Freedom of Speech. Even "crackpots" have it in this country.)

Say I was a “Charlie Pride“ fan myself and preferred the way our cultural cowboy does “Behind Closed Doors” but the legal definitions around “Crack Pot’s” done around the hearsay civil service water coolers should have been filtered out long before they’ve started painting every constituant with the same broom.

It’s the way the Ontario Works in Peel never worked, don’t work and will never work that are wiggling in the $1,400 per month Mental Support ODSP payments. It takes more gsll than brains to this behind Public closed doors than Peel's Private closed doors.

Blasphemous Libel Offence

296. (1) Every one who publishes a blasphemous libel is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

Definition

298. (1) A defamatory libel is matter published, without lawful justification or excuse, that is likely to injure the reputation of any person by exposing him to hatred, contempt or ridicule, or that is designed to insult the person of or concerning whom it is published.

(2) A defamatory libel may be expressed directly or by insinuation or irony

(a) in words legibly marked on any substance; or

(b) by any object signifying a defamatory libel otherwise than by words.
